A afternoon reminder to take that deep breath
It’s not always about feeling good.
It’s about getting better.
Sometimes things feel like shit to go through. You want to be anywhere else than where you are.
And you know what you do in order to heal?
You go through and out of it.
You take the 1000th deep breath, and you go through it.
Not around, not under, not within, but through.
And it might not feel good. It might suck to hell to look at what you refuse to look at, but I can tell you that the other side of it, becoming better, DOES feel good.
Seeing results from your work feels good.
Being free of fear feels good.
Watching your body heal feels good.
Believe that things get better because we live in a world of INFINITE possibilities.
