Stepping Through a Portal
From who I was to who I am becoming (a forever journey)
Well, I can tell you that this year has been exactly what I asked for, in the least expected ways.
I asked 2026 to be my most EXPANSIVE year yet!
I wanted to see proof, evidence, confirmation that the dreams that swirl around me can, in fact, manifest into real life.
I wanted god to show me just how big, and beautiful, and vibrant this life gets to feel by witnessing that feeling in others.
Coming off of 2025, this desire was very much born from seeing the glimmers of what was possible. Living free in the mountains, falling in love again, dancing like no one was watching, and taking risks and recalibrating to the lessons they taught me.
So when I asked the cosmic universe to show me expansion, I thought it would be like meeting mentors in every person, seeing abundance in every conversation, and simply being a witness to it all.
But when June hit, I looked back and felt like I was right where I started in January, just on the other side of the country. I looked around and didn’t see any mentors, any deeper seeds of abundance, and I sure as hell wasn’t dancing, singing, and spending every waking moment in nature.
Where is my expansion?! I asked…or more accurately begged.
I hit a breaking point. Full stop.
Mom on the phone, talk of plane tickets being booked.
If this experience wasn’t expanding me, then I must have just stepped onto the wrong path, right?
But I didn’t book the plane ticket,
I didn’t pack it all in,
I didn’t give up on real lasting love.
I listened to the same whisper that followed me through bleeding for 40+ days in 2018, the same whisper that led me to write a book in 2019,
that guided me through Covid,
who held me in the silent nights of longing.
The same whisper telling me it was time to go in 2024
is the same whisper that told me to stay just a little over a month ago.
I chose to listen. I chose to sink deeper, like I had done many times before.
I asked the universe to show me what was missing, what fear was holding me so tightly,
and like a wave crashing over, or more clearly a lightning strike sparking my inner fire, it all came into clarity.
The best way I can really articulate the journey is that all the energy that was swirling from 2025 was transforming into something new.
The very life I created for myself became the very expansion I was seeking.
There was no external expansion needed - no proof necessary because I was already LIVING PROOF of what happens when you follow your dreams, listen to the inner whisper, do the FUCKING WORK, and show up for yourself and others the best you can each and every day.
The energy of my OWN story, my own framework, my own magic, became The Portal I stepped through to feel it all begin to course through me.
And then, like I turned on the light in a dark room, EXPANSION surrounded me in EVERYTHING.
Inspiring creators, lessons from the trees, mystical and magical hikes with a walking stick as a magic staff.
Everything became magic when I turned my own light back on.
My sadness transmuted into compassion
My frustration melting into soul satisfaction
My tight grasp releasing into a dance
All one big BEAUTIFUL and bountiful experiment.
And now, I am creating a container for those ready to step into their own portal. Taking what I have learned through personal transformation AND my education in mind-body practices, to create something infused with deep love and potent magic.
Introducing The Portal…
The portal is a 22-day audio experiment designed to help you regulate and integrate into your most resilient and potent version of self,
stepping through the portal from who you are now to who you most want to be.
With the pillars of Regulation, Observation, and Integration as the foundation from which we grow, I will be dropping into a group space each day with a potent voice note (or a few) that offer tangible, powerful, and intuitive action steps.
