Hello and happy Tuesday! Here is a brief 2 minute long guided meditation to help you release fear and tension to bring you back into yourself, into hope, and into mindful action. I love you and hope this brings even just 1% more peace into your day.

Hello there, you with the clenched jaw and the tight shoulders.
Would you like to take a moment to breathe with me today?
Could you give me just one very small moment in the grand scheme of it all as you hustle between all the shoulds and to-dos of the day?
I know the world feels scary. I know the world is scary.
I know that right now, everything is changing, and fear pulses through all of our safe spaces.
Can you breathe in through your nose for me?
Can you feel the sensation of the air going into the body?
Can you sigh out of your mouth, releasing just one percent more?
Can you bring forward a moment or a thing or a person that brings you warmth and peace?
Are you doing it?
What is it? Who are they? What does it feel like?
Can you bring forward something that makes you excited and activates the inner child part of you?
The values, play, and wonder, and hope.
Can you let that part of yourself give it to you now?
Feeling into the wonders of the world, the hope of community, the fun of play.
Taking just this small moment to sink into your present space.
your awareness of what you're grateful for and clarity in actions that you would like to take out of your own integrity to make an impact.
