So you have found yourself here on this, possibly new, platform called Substack. You say “how did I get here,” “what does this mean,” “is this spam?”
And to you, I apologize. I apologize for the lack of consistency on my end over the past few years. So many of you have followed me on this journey all the way back before I ever had a website or wrote a book. You saw in me the potential for great things, as did I, and over the past years, we have ridden the waves together.
I think I may finally be home, for now, on this new platform.
Substack is a newer platform for creators to run their blogs, newsletters, services, and community all in one place with a “subscription” based model. Similar to YouTube or Patreon. Right now, all of my content remains free, and my hope is that there will always be that option for everyone.
For now, though, I simply want to reconnect, reinspire, and set some more solid ground for the work I am gearing up to do. Many of you already know, but starting in the spring, I will be pursuing my master’s degree in Mind-Body Medicine, finally answering a call that I have long pushed away to go into the field of holistic health and integrative wellness/coaching.
I get that not everyone will understand or resonate with the path I'm on, but the truth is, this is the most authentic version of myself I’ve ever shared.
There's a perpetual knot in my stomach, but deep down, I know this will be the most honest and impactful thing I’ve ever done—yes, even more than that time I wrote a blog poem about my boobs in 2020. iykyk. ;)
I hope that you will join me, and hey, maybe you’ll love Substack as much as I do!

Excited for you as you are taking risks and growing yourself in new ways 💕
