We’ll begin with gentle movement to activate the body, and from there, we’ll transition into a guided meditation designed to illuminate your inner radiance, spark vitality, and awaken your resilience.

What you need:

  • A yoga mat or blanket

  • Journal and Pen

  • Water

  • Headphones for the best experience

  • An open heart and mind

  • Space to yourself

Anything else you like to use to support your yoga practice
