In this yoga meditation, we begin with gentle movement to ground the body and set our intention of releasing what is no longer serving us. Honoring that in this season of winter we are going inwards and creating our own inner warmth.
From our movement, we do a quick breathing/sound exercise, which then flows into a deep guided meditation.
