The energetics of this longer practice is to tap into safety, joy, inspiration, and limitless possibilities for what the future holds. This practice is intended to be a soothing and supportive tool to help you reach into happy memories and a positive perspective on past selves, but if you find yourself reaching for more difficult rememberings please find support in your community or a mental health professional.
I encourage you to do this meditation lying down, seated, or immersed in nature and give yourself privacy and time.
