Hello, you glimmering lights shining in the dark,
I have been mostly quiet over here lately because I have felt so inspired to yap elsewhere, but postings like this one come in a shimmer of clarity that move me to hop back in it.
This meditation is the same meditation I drop into every day when I sit and commune with the tree out front before I ever pick up my phone. This practice has not only helped me ground in (the root) first thing each day, but also take a moment to check in on each part of what makes me whole.
I have also chosen to halt using music on these for now, as I have found that they are just as (if not more) effective without it, and until I can work with a true meditation sound artist to create sounds created specifically for subconscious reprogramming. If you miss the music or love it more without it, please let me know!
