Guided Meditation for Mind-Body -Spirit Connection

Dissolve inner tension and move from a place of integration and collaboration

Today’s meditation was inspired by a meaningful conversation with a friend a few weeks ago. She was feeling at odds with herself. Her logic and mind was saying one thing, but her intuition was saying something else. This meditation is an invitation to bring your mind, body, and spirit into one room as separate parts of the whole, aligning action and direction with all three, rather than feeling like you have to choose one.

When you use this meditation:

  • When you feel divided on what you think you should do and what you want to do

  • When you want direction on moving from an aligned place

  • Feeling frustrated or lost

  • Needing a moment to tap into all your parts and give love and attention to the whole self.

I encourage you to do this meditation lying down, seated, or immersed in nature, and give yourself privacy and time.

Settle in with an open heart, and let’s begin.

This practice is intended to be a soothing and supportive tool to help you tap into your most expansive and highest self, but if you find yourself encountering more difficult rememberings or sensations, please find support in your community or a mental health professional.
