This 12-minute guided meditation is designed to help creative people (so literally everyone) take a moment to drop into their current relationship with creating. You can come to this practice frustrated, excited, or curious, and you will have the opportunity to express and move through that.
I encourage you to do this meditation lying down, seated, or immersed in nature, and give yourself privacy and time.
