Guided Meditation for Hormone Overwhelm

For those experiencing pregnancy hormones, luteal phase energy, hormone replacement therapy or just a general sense of ungrounded-overwhelming energy

The stirring of spring into summer.

The movement of the energy all around us and its unique ability to be the most beautiful while also the most transitory.

That wave of emotion, urgency, & the unknown all dive through the nervous system like a swarm of bees or a school of fish.

But oh, how precious.

In the same sense, the cycle of hormones, or the disruption of them, can feel just as magnificent as it may be unsettling.

The creation of new life, both in babies being made and in bodies shedding, rocks the way of knowing, of being, and of interpreting the world around you.

That is what inspired this short 11-minute meditation.

With so many around me moving into the new phase of motherhood, exploring their lives on HRT, and, even my own personal, struggles with the ungrounding nature of the week before my shedding, I wanted to bring a moment of full integration with this time together.

Depending on what you need today, you can do this meditation lying down, walking, seated, or immersed in nature. I will encourage the energy in your body to come into full equilibrium, shedding the energy that does not serve you, and allowing your body to do the work it was so beautifully created to do.
