In this 40-minute Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow, you’ll be guided through a grounded, intentional practice that blends slow strength-building holds (Hatha yoga) with gentle, mindful flow (Vinyasa flow). This is a space to explore your body with curiosity, not perfection.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat after time away, this practice meets you where you are. You’ll be encouraged to modify, pause, rest, and listen inward every step of the way.
