Hello from the Rocky Mountain forest!

I’ve been settling into my new home-away-from-home for the past two weeks, tucked in a quiet valley, cradled by rivers and wildflowers. Here I’m learning how to make to soften, to adapt to new things, to be open. This meditation came to me as I perched on a sun-warmed rock, breathing deeply, and being held by the trees.

In this 10-minute meditation, you’ll be gently guided to release tension, clear energetic clutter, and reconnect with your body and the earth beneath you.
